Job summary

Boosta is seeking an Email Marketing Manager for a remote-first role supporting a health & fitness partner. You will own lifecycle marketing, drive revenue through email, and partner with UX and analytics to optimize flows and attribution.

The role requires 3+ years in Email/CRM for subscription products, hands-on setup of lifecycle flows, strong deliverability know-how, and proven revenue growth from email campaigns. Remote, international scope with a learning budget and wellbeing benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial experience in Email/CRM/Lifecycle Marketing for subscription-based products.
• Experience owning email channel performance end-to-end from strategy to purchases.
• Hands-on experience setting up lifecycle and trigger-based flows with measurable results.
• Proven ability to grow email-driven revenue with clear, data-backed steps.

Responsibilities

• Audit existing email flows (abandoned quiz/checkout, onboarding, upsell, retention, win-back) and implement changes to increase purchases.
• Maintain a backlog of hypotheses and A/B tests and drive tests to conclusions.
• Segment audiences by behavior, funnel stage, geography, and quiz responses; personalize messaging accordingly.
• Analyze funnel metrics and collaborate with Product/Analytics to track and report email impact on business metrics.
• Maintain domain reputation, list health, and compliance across Tier-1 markets.
