Job summary

SitterTree is seeking a skilled Lifecycle Marketing Manager to grow customer retention, engagement, and lifetime value. The role emphasizes data-driven, personalized, automated experiences across the marketplace, with a strong emphasis on copywriting that drives action.

You will design and implement onboarding, activation, retention, and re-engagement emails, SMS, and in-app messages, partnering with product to optimize conversion and liquidity across the platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 3–5+ years of experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or CRM marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Mailchimp and HubSpot.
• Experience writing high-performing marketing copy across email or similar channels.

Responsibilities

• Lifecycle Marketing & Automation: design and optimize lifecycle experiences across channels to activate, retain, and increase lifetime value.
• Copywriting & Campaign Execution: create clear, compelling email/SMS/push copy and own campaigns from concept to deployment.
• Segmentation & Personalization: develop audience segmentation and personalized messaging based on behavior and geography.
• Testing & Optimization: own A/B tests and iterate messaging and structure to improve engagement.
• Reporting & Performance Management: track open, click, conversion, and revenue impact; build regular reports.
• Administrative: manage campaigns and workflows in Mailchimp and HubSpot; keep lists and segments clean.
