Job summary

Finom is a European tech startup building an all-in-one financial platform for entrepreneurs. We’re seeking a data-driven growth analytics engineer to own activation, onboarding and retention experiments across CRM, product and channels.

You will design end-to-end experiments, build robust models and dashboards using SQL, Python and BI tools, and ship actionable insights that drive product growth. Remote or hybrid across Europe, stock options offered.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL and Python coding skills with a Git-based data warehouse workflow.
• Experience designing and defending experiments, statistics and metrics.
• BI experience with Power BI or Tableau or similar tools.
• Ability to push back, reframe requests and present recommendations to non-technical audiences.
• Curiosity, ownership, and proactive management of your area.

Responsibilities

• Design and analyze experiments from hypothesis to readout, ensuring proper guardrails and power.
• Automate recurring work: audience refresh, dashboards for Activation, Onboarding and Retention.
• Ship models in Databricks workflow and integrate results into downstream tools and data warehouse.
• Lead onboarding and retention experiments and develop next-best-action logic.
