Chamber Cardio is seeking a senior lifecycle marketer to design and launch the CRM and lifecycle systems from scratch, reporting to the Director of Member Engagement.

You will map the member journey and craft multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, phone, and print to drive engagement and outcomes, while owning HubSpot architecture and SMS compliance, and partnering with vendors. This role emphasizes data-driven optimization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in lifecycle marketing, CRM operations, or member engagement, ideally in healthcare.
• Hands-on expertise with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, Braze, or Iterable.

Responsibilities

• Map the member journey and build multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, phone, and print.
• Own HubSpot architecture, SMS compliance, and third-party vendor partnerships.
• Execute A/B tests and optimize campaigns through data-driven analysis.
