Job summary

Chamber Cardio is seeking a Sr. Manager, Engagement Operations to build member journey systems from the ground up. You will architect HubSpot from scratch, design lifecycle campaigns, and partner with Data to measure impact across channels.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in lifecycle marketing, CRM/marketing operations, or member engagement, preferably building programs from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Map and refine end-to-end member journey (activation, engagement, retention).
• Build multi-channel lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, phone, and print.
• Translate journey strategy into segmented, triggered campaigns and always-on programs.
• Own and architect HubSpot workflows, automations, segmentation, data hygiene, and permissions.
• Manage engagement operations across email, SMS, Agentic AI, print, and other vendors.
