Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing.
• 7+ years marketing experience across Lifecycle, Email, SMS, CRM.
• 2-3+ years hands-on experience with Marketing Automation platforms (Braze, SFMC, Pardot).

Responsibilities

• Own lifecycle marketing strategy and execution for CRM including customer onboarding, activation, product usage and churn mitigation across Email and SMS channels.
• Drive increased incremental revenue and subscriptions from CRM journeys and own KPI reporting and optimization.
• Collaborate with Lifecycle Marketing and cross-functional partners to ensure campaigns align with business objectives and brand standards.
• Advance audience and data strategies and expand usage of Customer Experience Platform capabilities.
• Own dashboards and KPI reports to showcase roadmap, learnings, opportunities, and results.
• Execute email and SMS campaigns including design, development, deployment, and landing pages.
