Job summary

Capgemini Invent North America seeks a proven Life Sciences Industry leader to drive transformation for clients and their customers. As VP, you will shape the LS industry agenda, selling professional consulting services and building CXO relationships within NA.

You will drive a forward-looking industry strategy, position Capgemini Invent as a trusted advisor, and lead one or more strategic LS accounts with global collaboration and strong outcome focus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategy consulting for Life Sciences or related fields.
• Proven ability to lead growth and manage CXO relationships.
• Experience selling professional services and operating in a matrixed org.
• Strong interest in AI's impact on life sciences and business models.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute NA Life Sciences vision and strategy aligned with global priorities.
• Lead growth and strategic Life Sciences accounts with CXO-level engagement.
• Collaborate with global/local teams to deliver on offers and execution.
• Develop talent, coach teams, and foster innovation within the LS practice.
• Act as thought leader and builder of capable, high-performing teams.
