Capgemini Invent is reshaping its Life Sciences practice to deliver AI-enabled transformation across manufacturing, supply chain, labs, and quality. You will guide senior client stakeholders, shape future operating models, and drive multi-disciplinary teams to realize measurable value.

The role emphasizes leveraging AI, GenAI, digital twins, and connected operations to improve efficiency, compliance, and decision-making, with travel up to 50% based on client needs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading large-scale transformation programs in pharma/biotech/healthcare.
• Significant consulting experience (≥6 years) in Life Sciences transformations.
• Deep expertise in Smart Manufacturing, Manufacturing Ops, Supply Chain Transformation, Lab Informatics, or Quality/Enterprise Transformation.
• Experience developing operating models, business cases, and roadmaps for tech-enabled change.
• Proven ability to engage exec stakeholders and lead multi-workstream engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale transformation programs across manufacturing, supply chain, lab, and quality domains.
• Advise senior stakeholders on Smart Factory and digital manufacturing strategies.
• Design future-state operating models, roadmaps, and value realization plans.
• Manage end-to-end engagement delivery, including scope, budget, and risk.
• Drive business development, proposals, and account growth.
• Champion AI/GenAI-enabled innovation across Life Sciences operations.
