Job summary

Campana & Schott invites an Associate Vice President, Life Sciences Transformation, to New York. You will own P&L for the practice, drive revenue growth, manage large client engagements, and mentor high‑performing teams.

You’ll serve as trusted advisor to C‑suite leaders across pharma, biotech, and medtech, lead operating model redesigns and digital transformations, and help expand service offerings through cross‑practice collaboration.

Qualifications

• MS or MBA required; life sciences-focused degree or specialization strongly preferred.
• 8–10 years of life sciences consulting or related industry experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading large‑scale transformation programs.
• Proven business development track record with a strong network in life sciences.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L for the Life Sciences practice/vertical, including revenue growth and margin management.
• Lead business development efforts—identify opportunities, build client relationships, drive proposals.
• Advise C-suite and senior stakeholders across pharma, biotech, medtech, life sciences.
• Lead and manage large-scale transformation programs (operating model, digital transformation, M&A integration).
• Build and mentor consulting teams; promote a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Shape thought leadership, go-to-market offerings, and cross-sell opportunities.
