Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Senior Consultant in the Life Sciences practice to manage client relationships, lead delivery workstreams, and support practice development across sales, recruitment, training and team engagement. The role offers exposure to diverse projects and a client-facing environment with on-site collaboration.

The Senior Consultant will guide marketing, sales and CRM initiatives, leverage AI-enabled use cases, and contribute to capability maturity assessments while traveling

Qualifications

5+ years advising or working with Pharma/Life Sciences commercial teams on customer journey and omnichannel strategy.
CRM execution experience in advisory or hands-on roles.
CRM platform experience (Salesforce Health/Marketing/Sales Cloud) preferred; hands-on configuration a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead workstreams in Life Sciences commercial and customer transformation programs.
Drive pharma marketing strategy, sales effectiveness, and brand planning initiatives.
Shape CRM and omnichannel strategies in partnership with Salesforce teams.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality workstream delivery.
Synthesize insights into executive-ready recommendations and roadmaps.
