Capgemini Invent is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead life sciences transformation workstreams, advising on customer journeys, omnichannel CRM, and executive-ready recommendations. Qualifications

• 5+ years advising/pharma/life sciences commercial teams on customer journey, omnichannel strategy, and CRM execution.
• Omnichannel engagement mastery: journeys, segmentation, targeting, digital marketing, CRM, content personalization.
• CRM platform experience in business/advisory roles; hands-on configuration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams in Life Sciences commercial and customer transformation programs.
• Drive pharma marketing strategy, sales effectiveness, and brand planning initiatives.
• Develop business strategies for commercial organizations, including customer segmentation and engagement models.
• Design and facilitate client workshops on commercial vision, customer journey, and omnichannel strategy.
• Advise client marketing, sales, and commercial leaders on structured problem solving and strategy.
• Shape CRM and omnichannel strategies in partnership with Salesforce teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality workstream delivery.
• Lead analyses to assess commercial performance and identify transformation opportunities.
• Synthesize insights into executive-ready recommendations and roadmaps.
• Support development of AI-enabled commercial and CRM use cases focused on business value.
• Contribute to CRM capability maturity assessments and identify improvement areas.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories.
• Play a key role in client proposals and RFI/RFP responses.
• Identify new business and project expansion opportunities.
• Support recruiting, training, and mentoring within the Life Sciences team.
