Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field.
- 3–5 years field service experience.
- Experience troubleshooting electromechanical and optical systems.
- Fluent English and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in lab environments.
Responsibilities
- Install, calibrate, maintain, and repair laboratory instruments.
- Diagnose issues using schematics and diagnostic tools.
- Train customers on operation and basic maintenance.
- Maintain service records and CRM logs.
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with teams.
- Collaborate with sales, support, and R&D on feedback.
- Follow safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines.
- Travel extensively to client sites as required.
