Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 3–5 years' field service experience in life sciences/medical devices.
- Experience troubleshooting electromechanical and optical systems.
Responsibilities
- Install, calibrate, maintain, and repair laboratory instruments.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues under pressure using manuals and tools.
- Train customers on operation and maintenance of equipment.
- Maintain service records in CRM system.
- Manage spare parts inventory for timely repairs.
- Collaborate with sales, support, and R&D teams for feedback.
- Follow safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines (FDA, GMP).
- Travel extensively within a designated region.
- Build strong customer relationships as primary technical contact.
