Veeva Systems is seeking an Account Partner to drive sales of the Veeva Data Cloud to large pharma Life Sciences companies. You will align customer objectives across patient, provider, and market dynamics at each brand lifecycle stage with Veeva Data Cloud solutions.

The role requires initiative, persistence, and collaboration within a growing team. Travel to spend time onsite with customers is expected as needed.

Qualifications

3+ years selling data driven solutions to life science customers with emphasis on global organizations and US pharma stakeholders
5+ years in account management, business development, or consulting for life science customers
Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and contributing to team success
Strong understanding of life science use cases supported by data
Willingness to work in a dynamic startup-style team

Responsibilities

Develop understanding of Veeva Data Cloud offerings and competitive advantages; articulate to prospects
Identify opportunities and lead full sales cycle within large pharma client base
Align with team for an organized account strategy and create a tactical plan
Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
Manage pipeline with CRM tools and ensure follow-up to closure
Collaborate with Customer Success for deployments and ongoing client satisfaction
Stay current with industry trends and propose data-driven solutions
