Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects is seeking a senior Change Management professional to lead the development and execution of change strategies across construction and life sciences projects onsite with clients. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of change management experience in construction supporting life sciences.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of change management strategies across construction and life sciences projects.
• Assess people, process, and business impacts; partner with cross-functional teams for smooth transitions.
• Collaborate with project leaders and sponsors to identify risks and mitigation strategies.
• Develop and deliver change management artifacts, including communications and training.
• Integrate change activities into project plans, schedules and milestones.
• Build relationships with sponsors and stakeholders to drive alignment and engagement.
• Facilitate change management training and coaching for teams and leaders.
• Establish and promote consistent methodologies, tools, and governance across programs.
• Define, track, and report change adoption metrics and business outcomes.
• Serve as trusted advisor on best practices, driving continuous improvement.
• Onsite work at client sites to enable delivery and client relationships.
• Some in-person time for collaboration with clients, peers, and leaders.
