Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workforce and Change Consultant to support workforce design and change management across transformation workstreams for Life Sciences clients. You will conduct stakeholder assessments, develop change materials, and align activities with training delivery across various engagements.

The role emphasizes analytical rigor, clear communication to senior stakeholders, and comfort in ambiguous, cross-functional environments. Travel up to 80% may be required.

Qualifications

• Change management, organizational development, or HR transformation in a consulting or in-industry context
• Demonstrated experience with change impact analysis, stakeholder mapping, and change readiness assessment
• Experience developing change communications and adoption materials for functional audiences
• Familiarity with change management methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, or equivalent)
• Strong written communication skills for developing clear, audience-appropriate change materials

Responsibilities

• Support workforce design and change management delivery across the pod's functional transformation workstreams
• Conduct stakeholder assessments, change impact analyses, and organizational readiness surveys
• Develop communications, change materials, and adoption plans tailored to functional audiences
• Track adoption signals and surface resistance patterns to the Workforce Design Lead
• Coordinate with the Learning & Development Partner to align change activities with training delivery Travel varies by client needs and could be up to 80%
