Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned Workforce & Change Consultant to support workforce design and change management across transformation programs in the Life Sciences sector. You will conduct stakeholder assessments, develop communications and adoption plans, and track adoption signals to guide leadership in transformation efforts.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support business development, and thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments where AI-enabled workflows are shaping

Qualifications

• 3+ years in change management, organizational development, or HR transformation in consulting or in-house contexts.
• Experience with change impact analyses, stakeholder mapping, and readiness assessments.
• Experience developing change communications and adoption materials for functional audiences.
• Familiarity with change methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter or equivalent).
• Strong written communication for audience-appropriate materials.

Responsibilities

• Support workforce design and change management delivery across transformation workstreams.
• Conduct stakeholder assessments, change impact analyses, and readiness surveys.
• Develop communications, change materials, and adoption plans for functional audiences.
• Track adoption signals and surface resistance patterns to the Workforce Design Lead.
• Coordinate with Learning & Development to align change activities with training delivery.
