Job summary

Consult is seeking a Change Management Contractor with life sciences experience for a 12+ month engagement in a remote-capable role in the United States. The candidate will drive structured change strategies, support project teams, and partner with sponsors to ensure adoption of technology and process transformations.

The role emphasizes stakeholder analysis, communications, training, and measurable adoption outcomes, with exposure to regulated life sciences environments and IT transformations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 4-7 years of experience in change management or organizational change support.
• Experience supporting technology implementation and/or business process transformation projects.
• Prosci Certification with familiarity in structured change management methodologies.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to support multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Experience within regulated industries such as life sciences, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, or laboratory environments.
• Exposure to IT or digital transformation initiatives, including ERP, CRM, laboratory systems, or enterprise data platforms.
• Experience supporting end-user training, organizational readiness, and adoption programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management plans aligned with individual project objectives and timelines.
• Conduct stakeholder impact assessments to identify process, system, and role-based changes.
• Define targeted readiness and adoption activities for impacted user groups.
• Maintain and track project-level change deliverables and milestones.
• Identify key stakeholder groups directly impacted by assigned projects.
• Support stakeholder analysis, readiness assessments, and feedback collection.
• Partner with project sponsors and functional managers to reinforce key messages.
• Escalate resistance risks and adoption barriers to the Change Lead or Program Leadership, as appropriate.
• Develop clear, audience-specific communication materials that translate technical changes into business relevance.
• Draft project-level announcements, FAQs, talking points, and status updates.
• Ensure communication timing aligns with project milestones and deployment phases.
• Conduct learning needs analyses for impacted stakeholders.
• Partner with SMEs to support the development of training materials and job aids.
• Coordinate training logistics in collaboration with project teams.
• Monitor adoption metrics and identify areas requiring reinforcement.
• Track project-level adoption metrics and stakeholder engagement indicators.
• Provide regular status updates on change activities and organizational readiness.
• Support the development of simple dashboards to visualize adoption trends and progress.
