Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects in Houston, Texas, seeks a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead regulated life sciences facility construction, including QC labs and cleanrooms. You will oversee field execution from planning to turnover, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, manage safety, quality, and schedule, and ensure client expectations are met.

Onsite work with clients and partners is expected, with flexibility to support work/life needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of construction management experience in regulated life sciences environments.
• Experience managing multiple contractors, field teams, budgets, schedules and stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction and renovation projects for QC laboratories, pharmaceutical and biotechnology facilities, cleanrooms and manufacturing support areas.
• Manage field execution from planning through turnover, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, quality and safety adherence.
• Coordinate daily construction activities with engineering, quality, validation, commissioning, EHS, operations, contractors and client stakeholders.
• Oversee contractor performance, field resources, sequencing and site logistics for efficient delivery in active facilities.
• Conduct site walk-downs, readiness reviews, safety audits, job briefings and alignment discussions.
