Job summary

Accenture Construct is seeking a Change Manager to lead change management on major capital projects, including pharmaceutical or life sciences programs. You will collaborate with PMs, architects, engineers, and contractors to assess changes and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

The role requires at least 5 years in project controls or change/risk management on construction projects, with in‑person collaboration and opportunities for growth and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project controls, change management, or risk management on construction projects.
• Pharmaceutical or life sciences project experience and evaluating change orders on major capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and manage change requests from inception to approval with documentation and stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to assess and implement changes.
• Ensure changes adhere to change policies, contractual obligations, and regulations; assist in developing change management processes.
• Provide training and support on change management procedures.
