Job summary

North Highland is seeking a Contract Change Manager in Philadelphia to support its Life Sciences Practice on a 6-month assignment, with 2-3 days onsite per week. You will guide organizations through transformation, develop change strategies, engage stakeholders, manage risks, and deliver tailored training.

This role emphasizes practical, pragmatic approaches to realize vision and create lasting impact, focusing on sustaining capabilities and resilience across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in change management delivery roles.
• Formal change management certification (Prosci, APMG or similar).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills at all levels.
• Ability to lead multiple workstreams independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of change management programs across multiple phases of organizational transformation.
• Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies to build buy-in at all levels of the organization.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align change initiatives with business objectives.
• Manage risks associated with organizational change and develop mitigation strategies.
• Design and deliver training programs tailored to the specific needs of different employee groups.
• Conduct impact assessments to identify areas of potential disruption and develop contingency plans.
• Monitor change adoption and adjust strategies based on feedback and performance metrics.
• Communicate the case for change clearly and consistently across the organization.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, sponsors, and implementation teams.
