Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects in Houston seeks a seasoned Project Controls Lead to drive scheduling, cost management, risk, and change control across complex capital programs onsite with clients.

You will establish and enforce project controls processes, monitor performance against budgets and baselines, develop forecasts and dashboards, and present insights to senior leadership.

The role requires 10+ years in construction management and 7 years in senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of construction management experience, including regulated life sciences facilities
• 7 years in senior leadership roles managing large project controls teams

Responsibilities

• Lead the project controls function across complex capital projects.
• Establish, maintain, and enforce project controls processes.
• Manage project performance against budgets, baselines, and KPIs; partner with finance.
• Develop and maintain forecasts, cash flow analyses, and cost reports.
• Oversee schedule development, progress tracking, and critical path analysis.
• Integrate cost, schedule, and risk data for a holistic view of project health.
• Lead change management and monitor risk responses throughout the lifecycle.
• Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, forecasts, and analyses for stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with PM frameworks, financial policies, and quality standards.
• Onsite at client site to enable delivery and strengthen client relationships.
