You will develop and execute comprehensive change strategies, coordinating engagement activities and training across diverse teams.

The role requires 5+ years of change management delivery, a formal certification, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of change management delivery experience.
• Proven track record delivering large‑scale transformation programs.
• Formal change management certification (Prosci, APMG or similar).
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies and frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of change management programs across transformation phases.
• Develop stakeholder engagement strategies to build buy‑in at all levels.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to align change initiatives with business goals.
• Manage risks and develop mitigation strategies for organizational change.
• Design and deliver training programs tailored to different employee groups.
• Conduct impact assessments and develop contingency plans.
• Monitor adoption and adjust strategies based on feedback and metrics.
• Communicate the case for change clearly and consistently across the organization.
• Build and maintain relationships with sponsors and implementation teams.
