Job summary

Accenture PLC in the United States is seeking a seasoned Workforce & Change Consultant to support workforce design and change management delivery across the pod. You will conduct stakeholder assessments, develop change materials, and align activities with training delivery.

This role emphasizes analytic rigor, clear communication to senior stakeholders, and collaboration with cross-functional teams as AI transforms Life Sciences. Travel up to 80% may be required depending on client needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in change management, organizational development, or HR transformation in a consulting or in-industry context.
• Experience with change impact analysis, stakeholder mapping, and change readiness assessment.
• Experience developing change communications and adoption materials for functional audiences.
• Familiarity with change management methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, or equivalent).
• Strong written communication for audience-appropriate change materials.

Responsibilities

• Support workforce design and change management delivery across the pod's functional transformation workstreams.
• Conduct stakeholder assessments, change impact analyses, and organizational readiness surveys.
• Develop communications, change materials, and adoption plans tailored to functional audiences.
• Track adoption signals and surface resistance patterns to the Workforce Design Lead.
• Coordinate with the Learning & Development Partner to align change activities with training delivery.
