Job summary

Accenture Construct seeks a seasoned Change Manager to lead project controls and risk management on major capital programs in the life sciences sector. You’ll collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to implement changes efficiently and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

This role includes developing change processes, training team members, facilitating change board meetings, and delivering month-end change reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree baseline in construction/project management-related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project controls, change management, or risk management on construction projects.
• Pharmaceutical or life sciences project experience is required or strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and manage change requests from inception to approval, including documentation and communication with all relevant parties.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to assess and implement changes efficiently.
• Ensure all changes adhere to change policies, contractual obligations, and regulations; develop and maintain change management processes.
