Job summary

BW Design Group seeks a Director, Sales & Business Development Operations for its Life Sciences sector. You will lead sales operations and BD activities across national initiatives, coordinating with senior leaders, technical experts, and support teams to drive growth and ensure quality and compliance.

You will optimize processes, governance, and tools while managing a team and partnering with finance on budgets and investments. Travel to major meetings and sites is expected.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in business development operations, pursuit coordination, or related roles in AEC or Life Sciences
• Experience with GMP environments or capital project lifecycles
• Strong organizational and communication skills with executive-ready materials
• Willingness to travel for major meetings and events

Responsibilities

• Lead Sales Operations & BD for Life Sciences to enable growth and competitive advantage
• Oversee proposal management, governance, and BD activity tracking
• Coordinate pursuit operations, planning, and cross-functional team alignment
• Partner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and ROI tracking
