The role involves leading client engagement, coordinating with marketing, and negotiating contracts. A strong track record in life sciences sales, plus excellent presentation skills, is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales or recruiting experience within the life sciences field.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to expand the client base and drive revenue.
• Identify leads, pursue opportunities, and participate in proposals and contract negotiations.
• Attend conferences/trade shows and coordinate with Marketing to increase visibility.
• Prepare capability presentations and coordinate with client-facing teams on sales strategies.
