Databricks is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to accelerate growth within Life Science and key enterprise accounts. The role emphasizes leading multi-national engagements, co-developing business plans, and driving data, analytics and AI value across complex organizations.

You will partner with cloud and services teams to expand usage, secure executive sponsorship, and deliver measurable outcomes. English is required; Danish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience developing relationships with large global enterprises and managing virtual teams.
• Experience leading complex sales campaigns in major energy accounts.
• Background in Data, Cloud, or SaaS industries.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in enterprise software.
• Experience driving usage- and commit-based engagement models with services and training teams.
• Experience co-selling and scaling with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud and GSIs.
• Ability to develop business cases and secure C-level sponsorship.
• Fluency in English required; Danish language skills preferred.

Responsabilités

• Co-develop a business plan with your team and partners to accelerate usage and bookings.
• Lead teams, customers and partners to identify impactful data and AI use cases on the Databricks platform.
• Drive data and AI transformation goals through partnerships, services, training, and executive engagement.
• Build trust with executives and technical champions through product knowledge and roadmap discussions.
