Johnson Controls is seeking a Life Safety Preventive Service Sales Executive in Colorado. You will promote and sell Preventative Maintenance Agreements for commercial building systems, including fire alarm, suppression and inspection services.

You will drive sales targets through territory management, relationship building, and sales cycle expertise. A strong presentation skill set and technical aptitude are essential in this fast-paced environment with a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Promote and sell service agreements for commercial building systems (Preventative Maintenance) including fire alarm, suppression and sprinkler systems.
• Meet and exceed sales targets with disciplined process adherence and clear metrics.
• Manage sales territory including acquisition, growth and retention of customers.
• Build and nurture internal and external relationships to drive opportunities and references.
