Job summary

Johnson Controls in Colorado Springs is seeking a Service Sales Representative to promote and sell service agreements for commercial building systems including fire alarm, suppression, sprinkler, security, sound, communication and inspections.

You will establish contact with prospects, qualify potential buyers, and develop relationships to meet sales objectives. You’ll manage proposals, conduct building surveys for estimates, and support the service department in lead generation and growth.

Qualifications

• 5 years minimum B2B sales experience.
• Experience selling a service or technical product.
• Ability to meet quota in a matrix environment.
• Proficient in Windows and Oracle systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell service agreements for commercial building systems.
• Qualify prospects and schedule sales calls.
• Develop relationships with customers and determine needs.
• Close sales to meet plan objectives.
