Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6-10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Eight or more years of relevant professional experience in consulting, insurance, financial services technology, or enterprise transformation.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation programs and managing cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale platform transformation programs with accountability for scope, quality, timelines, and outcomes.
• Coordinate client, EY, platform vendor, system integrator, and third-party teams to maintain alignment.
• Oversee platform configuration, data migration, testing, and release readiness.
• Provide executive-level advisory and drive stakeholder alignment across business and technology.
