Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager to lead life, annuity, and group insurance transformation programs within the BTG practice. You will manage large-scale platform transformations, guide delivery teams, and coordinate multi‑vendor efforts to deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will build relationships with senior client stakeholders, translate objectives into practical roadmaps, and drive adoption and value realization across complex programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6–10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Eight or more years in consulting, insurance, or enterprise transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex client engagements and multidisciplinary teams.
• Drive delivery strategies, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
