Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale business and technology transformation programs.
• Experience managing client relationships and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex client engagements and multidisciplinary teams for life, annuity, and group insurance transformations.
• Define delivery roadmaps, governance, and execution strategies across multiple workstreams.
• Drive program governance, risk management, budgets, and stakeholder alignment.
• Support business development and thought leadership in insurance transformation.
