Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager to lead complex life insurance, annuity, and group benefits transformations within the BTG practice. You will guide end-to-end delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive measurable business outcomes across platform modernization and customer experiences.

You will partner with senior client leaders to translate objectives into practical roadmaps, support adoption, and contribute to growing EY's BTG capabilities across multiple engagements and venues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 6–10+ years of experience.
• Experience leading large-scale life, annuity or group insurance transformations.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with policy administration platforms and multi-vendor delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex client engagements and manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Drive platform transformation across life, underwriting, policy administration, billing, servicing and claims.
• Establish governance, manage milestones, financials, risks, and dependencies.
• Coach and develop teams, support business development and client relationship management.
