• Guide clients and multi-vendor teams to delivery strategies and roadmaps.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across policy administration platforms and modernization efforts.
• Oversee program governance, risk, budget, and stakeholder communication.
• Drive client value through AI, analytics, and reusable accelerators.
