Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager to join the Business Transformation & Growth (BTG) practice. You will lead complex life, annuity, and group insurance transformation engagements, guiding cross-functional teams from strategy through implementation and adoption.

You will build trusted relationships with senior clients, translate objectives into practical roadmaps, and ensure end-to-end delivery across platforms and processes. Willingness to travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 6–10+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading large-scale insurance transformation programs.
• Experience with multi-vendor delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex client engagements and manage multidisciplinary teams focused on life, annuity, and group insurance transformation initiatives.
• Lead large-scale platform transformation programs with accountability for scope, quality, timelines, financial performance, resources, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to client business and technology leaders, driving strategic outcomes and stakeholder alignment.
• Translate client objectives into delivery strategies, transformation roadmaps, integrated plans, and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate client, EY, platform vendor, system integrator, and third-party teams to maintain alignment and resolve delivery challenges.
• Establish governance forums, decision-making processes, escalation paths, and reporting that strengthen transparency and accountability.
