Job summary

EY seeks a Manager to lead large-scale life insurance, annuity, and group benefits transformation programs within the BTG practice. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, manage client engagements, and drive growth while shaping EY's insurance consulting growth.

In this role, you will collaborate with senior leaders, deliver strategic outcomes, and ensure alignment with architecture and governance standards across complex programs. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 6-10+ years of relevant professional experience.
5+ years of experience within Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance.
Experience leading large-scale business and technology transformation programs.
Experience with policy administration platforms including FAST, FINEOS AdminSuite, ALIP, OIPA, DXC wmA/CyberLife, EXL LifePro, or comparable modern PAS.

Responsibilities

Lead client engagements and manage multidisciplinary teams across life insurance transformation programs.
Define delivery roadmaps, governance models, and execution strategies.
Oversee budgets, risks, dependencies, and delivery performance.
Drive AI adoption, automation and data-driven insights to improve value.
