Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager to lead complex life insurance, annuity, and group benefits transformation engagements within its BTG practice. You will drive strategy, solution planning, and implementation across multidisciplinary teams, partnering with client leadership and vendors to deliver measurable business value.

You will guide platform modernization efforts, oversee governance and risk, and mentor high‑performing teams while contributing to EY’s growth in insurance transformation capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 6–10+ years in consulting, insurance, or enterprise transformation.
• Experience leading large‑scale life, annuity, or group benefits programs.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and delivery leadership skills.
• Proven ability to coordinate multi‑vendor delivery models and cross‑functional teams.
• Experience with policy administration platforms (FAST, FINEOS, ALIP, OIPA).

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale platform transformation programs with accountability for scope, quality, timelines and outcomes.
• Serve as trusted advisor to client business and technology leaders.
• Coordinate cross‑vendor teams to maintain alignment and resolve delivery challenges.
• Oversee end‑to‑end insurance transformation across life, annuity, and group benefits.
• Mentor consulting teams and contribute to business development and thought leadership.
