Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and 6–10+ years of experience in consulting, insurance, or enterprise transformation.
- Eight+ years of relevant experience in consulting, insurance, financial services technology, or enterprise transformation.
- At least five years of experience in Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance.
- Experience leading large-scale transformation programs with cross-functional teams.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex client engagements and multidisciplinary teams focused on life, annuity, and group insurance transformations.
- Manage program governance, milestones, budgets, risks, and inter-workstream dependencies.
- Advise senior leaders and translate objectives into delivery roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
- Coordinate multi-vendor and offshore/onshore delivery models to ensure alignment.
- Support business development, proposals, and reusable accelerators for practice growth.
