Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required with 6–10+ years of professional experience.
• Experience leading large-scale business and technology transformation programs.
• Experience with life, annuity, or group insurance transformations.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with policy administration platforms and multi‑vendor delivery models.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex client engagements and multidisciplinary teams focused on insurance transformation initiatives.
• Provide trusted advisory to client leaders and align stakeholders on delivery strategy.
• Oversee governance, milestones, financials, risks, and dependencies across workstreams.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across client, EY, platform vendors, and SI partners.
• Ensure end-to-end solution delivery including design, configuration, data migration, testing, and release readiness.
• Drive business development and opportunity identification within accounts.
