Job summary

Kemper Corporation is seeking a Life Insurance Sales Agent for a field-based role with full-time benefits. You will meet with clients, present products, and close sales while building an ongoing book of business.

New agents receive paid training for licensing exams and then work under an established agency with a pay-for-performance model that rewards earnings growth through commissions and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license with auto insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Conducting sales presentations, recommending products, and closing new sales.
• Prospecting for new sales opportunities.
• Maintaining strong customer relationships by collecting premiums on a pre-arranged schedule.
• Responding promptly to service requests such as beneficiary changes, claims, and loans.
• Record keeping and processing policy paperwork.
