Job summary

Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance seeks a Life Sales Advisor to serve as the subject matter expert for the Life product portfolio in the Northern IN region. You will train and support agents in life insurance, annuities, and advanced sales strategies across multiple counties, driving premium growth through a repeatable sales process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; insurance designation preferred.
• 3–5 years of life insurance experience.
• Life Insurance license required; advanced certification preferred.
• Proven success in life insurance sales.
• Ability to train adult learners and develop effective training programs.
• Advanced knowledge of life insurance technology.
• Ability to learn our Life products quickly.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a key resource about the company’s Life insurance products currently being sold and in force policies.
• Trains agents in the sales process and the Life Product portfolio at agency meetings and training sessions.
• Conducts joint calls with agents to demonstrate our concept sale and living benefits approach.
• Solves problems with clients and agents related to our in-force life business.
• Collaborates with Marketing and Life divisions to deliver effective training and support.
