Job summary

Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance seeks a Life Sales Advisor to serve as subject-matter expert for the Life product portfolio. This role trains and supports both new and experienced agents in life insurance, annuities, and advanced sales strategies across the Northern IN region, covering multiple counties.

The advisor helps with case preparation, participates in joint appointments, and collaborates with Marketing to deliver training.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
3-5 years of Life Insurance experience.
Life Insurance license required; advanced certification preferred.
Demonstrated success in life insurance sales.
Ability to train adult learners and develop effective training programs.
Advanced knowledge of Life insurance-related technology.
Ability to learn our company’s Life products quickly.

Responsibilities

Trains agents in life product portfolio at agency meetings and HO trainings.
Conducts joint calls with agents to demonstrate concept sales and living benefits.
Assists with case preparation and supports agents in securing business.
Collaborates with Marketing and Life divisions to ensure effective training.
Drives premium growth by promoting value-based selling in assigned districts.
