Job summary

Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance is seeking a Life Sales Advisor who will serve as the subject matter expert for the Life product portfolio in the Northern IN region. This role trains and supports both new and experienced agents in life insurance, annuities, and advanced sales strategies across the territory.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field.
3-5 years of Life Insurance experience.
Life Insurance license required.
Ability to train adult learners and develop training programs.
Strong knowledge of life insurance products and selling strategies.
Familiarity with sales in the regional market.

Responsibilities

Train agents in the Life Product portfolio at agency meetings and trainings.
Conduct joint calls with agents to demonstrate our sale approach.
Provide case preparation assistance and support for agents.
Collaborate with Marketing and Life divisions to ensure effective training and support.
Promote premium growth through value-based selling and a transferable sales process.
