Job summary

The Life Sales Advisor at Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance will serve as the subject matter expert for the Life product portfolio and train both new and experienced agents in life insurance, annuities, and advanced sales strategies across the Northern Indiana region.

Working with Marketing and Life divisions, you will support case preparation, conduct joint appointments, and emphasize value-based selling to achieve premium growth in assigned districts while maintaining high training standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; insurance designation preferred.
• 3–5 years of life insurance experience.
• Life insurance license required; advanced certification preferred.
• Proven ability to train adult learners.

Responsibilities

• Train agents in life product portfolio at agency meetings and trainings.
• Lead joint calls with agents to demonstrate the sales approach.
• Support case preparation and assist in in-force life policies.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Life divisions to ensure training effectiveness.
