Job summary

Cogir Senior Living at Sonoma Plaza seeks a Resident Lifestyle Assistant to design and coordinate daily life enrichment activities for active residents, supporting the Resident Lifestyle Director and promoting physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being.

The role requires 6–12 months of experience with seniors, basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook), and flexibility for weekends and holidays. Compensation includes benefits and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Experience with seniors and leading life enrichment activities preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with diverse residents.
• Proficient with basic computer tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Engage residents one-on-one and in group settings.
• Lead or assist with social, religious, educational, indoor/outdoor activities and outings.
• Assist in decorating for events and coordinating newsletters.
