Cogir Senior Living is seeking a Resident Lifestyle Assistant to support the Resident Lifestyle Director in designing and coordinating daily enrichment activities for active residents. The role focuses on promoting physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being through engaging programs and events.

Responsibilities include leading group and individual activities, coordinating excursions, and assisting with communications like the monthly newsletter.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months of relevant experience with seniors preferred.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Engage residents one-on-one and in group settings.
• Lead or assist with social, religious, educational, indoor and outdoor activities.
• Facilitate games, conversations, exercise classes, art and music, trips, and events.
• Support the monthly newsletter coordination.
