Cogir Senior Living is seeking a Resident Lifestyle Assistant to support the Resident Lifestyle Director in designing and coordinating daily life enrichment activities for active residents. This role focuses on promoting physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being through engaging programs and events.

Responsibilities include leading group and individual activities, assisting with newsletters, coordinating outings, and ensuring safety and inclusivity during events.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 6-12 months of experience with seniors preferable.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Engage residents one-on-one and in group settings.
• Lead social, educational, and recreational activities.
• Coordinate the monthly newsletter.
• Assist with outings and ensure resident safety during events.
• Decorate for special events and seasonal celebrations.
