Cogir Senior Living is seeking a Resident Lifestyle Assistant to support our Resident Lifestyle Director in planning and coordinating daily life enrichment activities for active residents. The role promotes physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being through group and individual programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 6-12 months of relevant experience working with seniors and leading life enrichment activities is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and maintain composure under stress.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Engage residents one-on-one and in group settings.
• Lead or assist with group and individual activities, exercises, events and outings.
• Assist in coordinating monthly newsletter and decorating for events.
• Support external trips with reservations and ensure resident safety.
• Document outcomes and progress notes; review goals with the team.
