Job summary

Cogir Senior Living is seeking a Resident Lifestyle Assistant to support the Resident Lifestyle Director in designing, creating, and coordinating daily life enrichment activities for active residents. This role focuses on promoting physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being through diverse programs and outings.

You will lead or assist with social, religious, educational, and recreational activities, coordinate events, and help with communications.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• 6–12 months of experience working with seniors preferred.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Engage residents one-on-one and in group settings.
• Lead or assist with group activities, exercise, and outings.
• Facilitate games, conversations, art/music, and special events.
• Support the monthly newsletter coordination.
• Encourage resident participation and document outcomes as required.
• Review goals and progress notes.
